The example of those who donate their wealth, seeking Allah’s pleasure and believing the reward is certain, is that of a garden on a fertile hill: when heavy rain falls, it yields up twice its normal produce. If no heavy rain falls, a drizzle is sufficient. And Allah is All-Seeing of what you do. (Surah Baqarah, ayah 256)

Accountability: Protocols & Procedures

To ensure that every donation leads to long-term transformation and builds deep trust with our supporters, the Hasanat Foundation follows a disciplined set of protocols and procedures. This 7-step accountability framework is designed to move families "From Support to Self-Reliance" by providing professional guidance and sincere respect.

Our 7-Step Accountability Protocol

Every family we assist undergoes a process to ensure they receive the specific tools and guidance needed to break cycles of dependence

  1. Multiple Interviews: We conduct several in-depth interviews to understand the unique challenges and needs of each household.

  2. Visits: Personal visits allow us to build a foundation of sincere respect and compassion with the families we serve.

  3. Constant Communication: We provide ongoing emotional support and guidance through direct, regular digital communication.

  4. Documentation: We maintain professional records to ensure all assistance is organized and transparent.

  5. Zakat Eligibility: A vital step in our accountability is the careful verification of zakat eligibility for all applicants.

  6. Reference: We conduct thorough reference checks to maintain the integrity of our "Family Establishment" initiative.

  7. Follow-up: We don't just provide resources; we stay engaged through consistent follow-ups to ensure the family is achieving sustainable growth and stability

Why Accountability Matters

These procedures are the backbone of our mission to facilitate self-sufficiency. By following this structured path, we can effectively assist diverse groups including divorced mothers, reverts, seniors, and refugees in achieving independence so they no longer rely on zakat or external aid. This disciplined approach ensures that your contributions are used to create the most beneficial impact for those in need.
